Nau\u010dna i stru\u010dna problematika kojom se bave \u010dlanovi Katedre za mikrobiologiju proisti\u010de iz prethodno navedenih projekata, kao i iz saradnje sa zna\u010dajnim stru\u010dnim institucijama (nau\u010dni i specijalisti\u010dki instituti i zavodi). Nastavnici i saradnici Katedre za mikrobiologiju objavili su preko 400 nau\u010dno stru\u010dnih radova koji su publikovani u me\u0111unarodnim i nacionalnim \u010dasopisima i saop\u0161tavani na skupovima u zemlji i inostranstvu. Veliki deo radova (vi\u0161e od 100) je publikovan u \u010dasopisima koji se nalaze na SCI listi.
